HOW TO CREATE A GIF WITH MTPAINT :

(1) Open mtpaint and create a new file having 8 colours and check the radio putton for "Indexed Pallete"

(2) Create a separate folder for your frames and save files there.
(3) Create your first frame and and save the first frame(frame1) in "GIF" format.

(4) Make the required changes to next frames and save it too (for example-frame2, frame3...and so on)

(5) Open any frame, Chose File--> Export Animated GIF . Give a name to your gif and select your animation delay(preffered 100)
